VIII. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience in opening, moving and closing warehouses
• 5 years of progressive responsibility reflecting experience in facilities, operations, and services
• Experience dealing with Building Inspectors and Fire Marshals over building issues. HazMat experience preferred
• Fiscal oversight experience
• Evidence of leadership experience and/or a commitment to meeting and exceeding timelines and goals.
• A comprehensive understanding of facility operations and services
• A comprehensive understanding of NFPA regulations, OSHA requirements and building codes
• Verifiable experience purchasing new and used material handling equipment
• Demonstrated commitment to working effectively with an increasingly diverse Company structure in an inclusive environment
• Risk Management experience
• Lease contract negotiation experience
