Director of Support Services
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and coordinate strategies and business plans for HR, Administration and IT Departments in line with the company’s overall objectives and directions
• Ensures the availability and maintenance of appropriate IT business contingency plans,
• Supervises the development of yearly budgets
• Provides leadership and oversight to the service element of the Administration
• Develops and implements policies, procedures, systems and skills
• Trains and technically evaluates all personnel of the division
• Manages the HR and Administration functions,
• Oversees the activities of major functional area(s) in Information Technology, provides information System resource administration, budget input and management
