A major international leisure company is looking to increase their telemarketing/telesales team. The individual must be able to operate in a five star environment with quality clients.
They are looking for an individual who are determined, hard working, enthusiastic, bubbly, confident and have good relationship building skills. They should not be deterred by calling new and existing customers. A good telephone manner and a clear telephone voice are essential.
Those who are thinking of applying should enjoy customer service and problem solving, as aspects of the job will involve dealing directly with both existing and potential clients.
The indivudual must speak fluent ENGLISH(spoken and written) SPANISH and ITALIAN.
Hours from 17.00 hours to 21.00 hours for Telemarketing and flexible hours for In-house Marketing. Computer literate (Windows, Microsoft, Outlook Express). Candidates must have legal documents NIE and Social Security already in place and live here in Mallorca already.
