The ideal candidate should have at least 15 years relevant experience in large construction site management with a proven strong project management capability.
The candidate needs to have excellent communication skills as she or he will be interacting with senior officials.
The successful candidate will be required to fulfill the following job description:
* Assume complete responsibility for all construction activities.
* As the project is extensive and complex in nature, a senior construction manager will be appointed to manage an extensive construction supervision team, comprising of all aspects from progress management, SHE requirements, security of construction sites, construction documentation management, multiple contractor teams site access control and permitting etc.
The above position reports to the Construction Manager and requires that the candidate he willing to work in Durban and Jameson Park as the project needs dictate.
Visits to Headoffice will be a regular requirement. |
