Day to Day Activities:
Setting up , implementing, controlling and monitoring of effective HSE Programme
Providing HSE professional support
Planning, Leading. Operation and Control of the HSE department and contractors.
Evaluation of HSE progress reports and feedback to Client management on progress, issues and items of concern.
Ensuring HSE operations such as systems, audits and evaluations are conducted, reported and corrected (if needed) on all aspects affecting the process
Mobilising of sub-contractors - to perform inspections on client behalf of various equipment and processes in the project.
Generation of HSE documentation for all aspects of the project.
Liaising with contractors, Sub-contractors and the Client for HSE and operational issues.
Creation, Implementation and Update of a HSE Management System applicable to project.
Review of contractor and sub-contractor documentation to ensure HSE requirements are met.
Attending meetings on various aspects of project.
Training of individuals on HSE and related aspects.
Ensure statutory compliance from contractors, sub-contractors and Client alliance
Accountabilities:
Workable HSE System for Client Alliance
HSE compliance of processes and procedures within the Alliance
Compliance of HSE requirements over manufacturing and production of components for project
Compliance of HSE over construction operations to ensure a safe pipeline delivery
HSE requirements from contractors and sub-contractors |
