• Prepare presentation to financiers and other professionals in support of corporate finance assignments.
• Plan and recommend the various source of financing to management.
• Assist the CF Manager in the management of a portfolio of assignments
• Participate in discussions as to the future plans and strategies of the unit in terms of financing. |
| Habilidades: |
• ACCA, CFA, CA, BA in Accounting & Finance or equivalent.
• 3 - 6 years CF experience with either merchant banks or large multinationals, oil & gas upstream background preferred.
• Experienced in investment appraisal, treasury management and large scale financing, restructuring, corporate statutory issues, etc.
• Excellent command of the English language and be computer literate to be able to present assignments to financiers and other professionals. |
