Field Service and Support Representative needed for Dictation/Transcription/Speech Recognition software and hardware from multiple developers. Job duties include primarily service and repair of analog equipment but can grow into software installation, configuration and user training at the customer site. Bench repair of Analog equipment and sometimes Digital Recorders and PC Microphones is also required. Training is provided along with opportunities for advancement. Small company with good benefits and a focus toward serving our clients in a professional manner. We have been in this business for 46 years. KEC provides health insurance as well as bonus opportunities. PC and network experience is a plus but not required. This opening is for our Dallas office, which is 10 minutes north of downtown. Candidate must have a good driving record, as a company vehicle is provided during working hours. Professional appearance and communication skills are also required. Overtime work is frequently available, as is after hour’s warehouse work, for those looking to maximize earnings. Fun work environment with a team approach to customer service. Our clients are in the legal, medical, insurance, government and public safety vertical markets. Our analog and digital audio solutions sold and supported are from Olympus , Philips, Dolbey, BigHand, Nuance Dragon, and Voice Solutions. Virtually all travel necessary would be within Texas and bordering states via Southwest Airlines whenever possible.
