Position: SAP OSA Lead Consultant
Location: Saudi
Duration:4 months
Candidates interested to work on freelance/Contract basis are also welcome. For permanent position,base location is chennai.
Job Description:
- Implementing new Performance Management functionality, OSA (Objective Setting and Appraisals)
- Configuring SAP HR and SAP Enterprise Portal to achieve desired functionality in Performance Management.
- Managing portal configuration including iViews, pages, worksets, and roles.
- Participating in and facilitating client meetings, interviews and workshops focused on collecting business requirements.
- Understanding of technical development of custom iViews in order to recommend innovative solutions.
- Developing client recommendations and new Portal solutions around SAP HR functions.
- Developing and writing proposals, attending client sales meetings

| Habilidades: |
Minimum 5 yrs SAP HR configuration experience (version 4.6 or above; at least 2 full life-cycle engagements), including 2 years configuring / implementing new Performance Management (OSA - Objective Setting and Appraisals)
- Secondary module experience in Personnel Administratrion, Organizational Management required. Knowledge of Compensation Management, LSO, Payroll, Benefits, e-Recruiting a plus.
- Experience to include implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support.
- Ability to resolve configuration and functional business issues across the various HR modules in a hands-on manner is critical.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- This role assists clients in the selection, implementation, and support of SAP HR application packaged solutions.
