Our client is well-known large European company, established and successfully developing in Russian FMCG market since the years 2000. The company has more than 50 years experience of work in retail sales in Europe and other countries. Now our client is looking for responsible, talented and energetic people in collaboration with our Rh Partners Agency for the position of
Hypermarket Director m/f
Responsibilities:
- Organization of administrative work in the store with commercial area till 25000 sq.M.;
- Building up the commercial policy of the store;
- Elaboration of budget, planning of costs;
- Estimation of store profitability, control of sales and assortment, pricing;
- Work with personnel (management about 1000 people), ability to motivate the people as well as clients, coming to the shop;
- Coordination of work the technical services, back office and other departments of the shop;
- Planning of store activities: promotional actions, presentations, seasonal sales, strategic planning, increase of quality of services and sales;
- Work with suppliers, Administration of the city.
Structure of the proposal:

| Habilidades: |
The profile of successful candidate:
- Preferably from 30 years old;
- Higher education, preferable in management (MBA is advantage)
- Fluent oral and written English or French is obligatory, good Russian
- Experience of management from 4-5 years in large retail chain or retail sales (preferable with European style of management), experience of work in chain of supermarkets or hypermarkets (shopping malls) is big advantage for you
- Knowledge of big distribution, experience of management from 300-500 people
- Leadership and organizational skills, ability to take quick but well-considered decisions in different fields of the store work: sales, logistic, quality, purchasing, merchandising and so on.
