Principal Accountabilities
The position reports to the Regional Sales Manager ME and the main functions include :
• To manage the day to day sales functions of the GCC sales team.
• Achieve maximum customer satisfaction while achieving operational and sales objectives.
• To participate, as required, in planning and sales meetings within the organization.
• To manage all strategic growth and planning inline with corporate policy
• To co-ordinate training needs for all departmental associates and conduct required training in product awareness and management/behavioral skills.
• To ensure compliance with all corporate regulations.
• To establish and report departmental metrics for all of the above.
The Qualifications
* The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering with a minimum of 8 years in Sales of which 4 should have been in a management position.
* The candidate should be able to demonstrate a proven track record in the rotating equipment industry.
* Has the ability to provide leadership and motivation.
* Strong verbal and written communications skills.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills.
* Has the ability to be decisive, multi-task and delegate effectively in order to meet objectives in a fast paced high-energy environment.
* Strong computer skills, Oracle and Microsoft Office.
* High ethical standards – leads by example and respects the code of conduct.
