A leading Japanese Owning & Management Company is looking for operational Managers for all departments.
The Group currently consists of 21 international & local 5*/ first class deluxe properties all over Japan with future growth.
The right candidates are dedicated, innovative and have a passion for delivering consistently high levels of quality and service to ensure that guests enjoy a memorable hospitality experience.
The candidates have a min of 3 years experience with international 5* hotels/resorts, strong operational background and are performance oriented manager.
Excellent communication, organizational and administrative skills, proven track record of achievements & results; should be self-motivator, team player and leader as well as a very good trainer, non-compromising to standards and details. Must be able to work in a safe and organized manner; motivated and willing to develop and grow with the company.
Japanese & English fluency is a must, Japanese Nationality preferred.
