Our client is searching for a Payments Manager to provide operational management and development in ensuring the Payments Team can provide agility, business leadership, and competitive advantage for the company. To work with all teams to understand the wider business strategy and drivers, and implement the appropriate operational systems and processes to enable the Payments Team to deliver an industry leading customer experience.
Requirements:
• Plan, develop and implement strategy for operational management and development of payments
• Manage and develop direct reporting staff
• Work with all teams in the various departments to help create useful tools which provide transparent player and processor information
• Be the point of contact for Finance, Fraud and other departments to provide ad-hoc reports, player and processor information as the need arises
• Be a primary point of contact for all our external payment processors.
• Owning and enhancing our internal process for responding to failures (alerts, processor issues, production issues, etc)
• Coordinating and expediting the process for communication with players about payments problems
• Owning and enhancing the process for gathering feedback and issues from Customer Services (and others) relating to the customer facing payments services
