Responsibilities:
* Manage projects from conception through launch
* Own project vision and communicate to all parties involved
* Maintain quality and consistency of website features
* Ensure projects are implemented according to requirements
* Ensure projects are launched according to published schedules
* Keep business owners & clients up to date on project status and potential issues
* Resolve project, design, or resource issues before they cause schedule delays
* Coordinate various teams (e.G. Designers, Developers, and Quality Assurance Specialists) involved in the software development process, as well as other project stakeholders (Systems/Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, Internet Marketing Strategists)
Requirements:
* Must have a background in e-commerce websites
* Bachelor`s Degree or equivalent
* 4-6 years interactive project management experience
* Significant knowledge of web development, email and rich media technologies
* Significant knowledge of interactive process including strategy, creative information architecture, content, engineering and QA deliverables
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Detailed oriented and take ownership attitude
* Must be highly skilled in time management to facilitate involvement in multiple projects
* Must have the ability to work independently and manage communications in all organization level
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Excel and Word and MS Project
* HTML, XML, Photoshop, Flash a plus
* Understanding and experience in user interface best practices
* Understanding of project processes, including scheduling, documentation, risk analysis, and contingency planning
* Understanding of development process, including development, testing, and deployment as well as work breakdown, dependencies, responsibilities
* Understanding of back-end web technology, including Java, databases, and hardware
* Advanced skills with Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, and Visio
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
* Highly analytical, logical, and good problem solver
* Able to plan work, organize time, and maintain workflow
* Able to interact professionally with all levels of staff
* Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Adobe creative suite a plus
* Must be able to manage complex web development projects.
