Responsibilities:
* We are looking for only extremly experienced outbound sales people with a proven track record in being a top sales executive in their current or previous employment.
* Qualified candidates will perform Outbound Sales and Telemarketing in the insurance, technology industry.
* Candidates must introduce themselves; describe the benefits and advantages of the client’s product and services, probe for customer needs and close to sale.
Requirements:
* Must have 2-4 years extensive outbound sales and telemarketing background
* Must have been in the top 5 sales performers in current or previous company
* Must have extensive hard selling training and experience
* Must be commission and sales driven
* Must be assertive, polite, and have exceptional ability to communicate and sell.
* Must be a self starter and have exceptional ability to work with people and customers
* Must have 2-3 years solid and outstanding background in OUTBOUND Sales - Handled Time Share, Mortgage, Insurance, Web, technology and internet services.
* Has a strong client-facing skill, charismatic, energetic, enthusiastic, intelligent and self motivated.
* Excellent command of English Language, both oral and written
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
* Success driven
* Results oriented
* Bachelor’s degree graduate preferably Business, Banking & Finance or Economics major
* Applicants with prior experience and proven track record in sales and telemarketing and customer service experience are preferred
* Experience in supporting US-based campaigns an advantage
* Applicants must be willing to work in ORTIGAS
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* ONLY Full-Time positions are available.
* Ability to work the US & European hours / night shift manila
* Required language(s): English.
