Scaffold trainer required.
What’s the job?
Develop and deliver scaffolding training courses for multi-national workforces in the Gulf Region. Courses will range from Basic through to Scaffold Inspection / Supervision and must be aligned to internationally recognized standards (e.g. UK SG4 / CITB modules or AS/NZS 4576:1995 Guidelines for scaffolding) as well as meet the requirements of local legislation. Training must include practical, hands-on and competence assessment in order to certify trainees in installation, alteration and dismantling of all types of scaffolds.
Competence of the trainer:
Fully qualified scaffolding trainer, with at least 5 years’ training experience, preferably experienced in a regional role. Knowledge of regional as well as international construction codes of practice (including safety at height for scaffolds) is an advantage. Must be experienced in all types of scaffold, including scaffold design and drawings. Evidence of qualifications and successful delivery of training courses will be required.
