Costa Rica Summer Internships: Your Chance to Experience “Pura Vida,” The Pure Life of Costa Rica!
The University of Dreams Costa Rica Internship Program is the premier Costa Rica internship opportunity for college students. This 8-week, all-inclusive summer experience includes a guaranteed internship in popular industries such as Advertising, Marketing, Non-Profit, Hospitality, Theatre and Arts, Ecotourism, Real Estate Development and Technology. We work closely with you to ensure internship placement in your top choice industry!
In addition, each weekend an adventure awaits you! Participants and staff are whisked off to soak in hot springs at the base of an active volcano, play in the surf in warm crystal clear waters, explore the deep green rainforests or cheer for the local team at a soccer match. Our trips give participants the opportunity to experience the great variety of activities and landscapes that exist within the country. This is ALSO the perfect opportunity to strengthen your Spanish language skills while working and living abroad!
You will also have the opportunity to experience the Costa Rican culture first hand by living with local Costa Rican families, interacting with new friends in your place of business and participating in activities like playing on a soccer team or learning to salsa. Additional amenities made available by the University (Wifi, cafeteria, conference rooms, computer labs, etc.). Living near the university you will have an opportunity to interact with local university students who are in session and not on summer break and other foreigners studying in Costa Rica.

We are looking for college students who are currently enrolled at 4-year universities. You must be between the ages of 18 and 24 years of age to participate in our program and currently enrolled in a college or university (graduating seniors, graduate students and international students are welcome). All majors are welcome to apply. We have jobs in a vast array of fields. Our GPA requirement is a minimum of a 2.5, but it should be noted that many employers require a 3.0 or above. You will not be ruled out for your GPA alone. Work experience and extra-curricular activities are not required, but we are looking for candidates with strong, well-rounded applications. |
