International Hospitality Consulting Company is seeking a qualified candidate to complete a restaurant inspection in Santo Domingo and Punta Cana throughout the year. The inspection includes the following details:
There is a checklist consisting of 125 questions (answered yes or no with comments) and a one-page summary written in a Word document. The evaluation can be completed for lunch or dinner and can include two diners. The fee for completing the evaluation is $60 USD.
The evaluation will require:
1. A bar visit
2. Dinner in the restaurant
3. Gift Shop purchase
