The forensic planner should have at least 10+ years experience in the preparation and defense of submissions claiming extensions of time using a variety of critical path methods of delay analysis / demonstration. This person must be well versed in P3, excel and powerpoint. He / she should be able to perform with minimal supervision, have an excellent command of English and the written word; and be able to work either as part of a team or individually on all manner of construction / civil engineering related projects.
