UK PR trainee/ international environment:
Open2Europe, a pan European media relations and communications agency based in Paris, is seeking a native English-speaking intern to join their UK team for 6 months or more..
Working within a dynamic and international environment with consultants from across Europe, you will have the opportunity to integrate a unique company. Centralised in Paris we communicate throughout Europe and North America for clients in both the B2B and B2C sectors. Job Description:
- Develop and update journalist database for Ireland and the UK
- Translate and localise press releases (from French to English)
- Editing and proofreading of client press and marketing material
- Diffuse press releases
- Identify key events / speaking opportunities for clients
- Identify possible case study opportunities
- Track editorial features in key publications
- Participate in regular conference calls with clients and internal meetings with client, account managers and team
- Track coverage in the targeted press sectors
- Prepare press books and client monthly reports
- Help with the organisation of tradeshows and press tours, (booking interviews, identifying special features in the press concerning the event, etc)
