Your duties: Support and consult international clients within an inbound team for technical customer service via telephone, email, fax and chat.
Our requirements:
• Excellent fluent language skills (written and oral) in Swedish
• good language skills in German or in English
• PC-knowledge, IT-knowledge, technical understanding
• Communication skills, high engagement and service-orientation
