• Expert knowledge of Lotus Notes/Domino technologies with at least 5 years experience in development of Notes/Domino applications.
• At least 3 years of complex workflow automation in Notes/Domino;
• In-depth knowledge of Web technologies (HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS);
• Excellent skills in web graphics design (Adobe Photoshop)
• Knowledge of relational databases and experience in developing Notes/Domino applications with RDBMS data integration (ODBC);
• Knowledge in Java and .Net programming environment is an advantage;
• Knowledge in basic Notes/Domino Administration operations;
• Knowledge in MS operating system and MS Office programming, including integration with Lotus Notes/Domino.
• Experience in system analysis and knowledge of the tools of their visualization and formalization (Visio, UML, etc.);
• Good communication and problem solving skills;
• Ability to handle user problems in a tactful manner;
• Good team player
