Highly reputable, successful software company is in search of an experienced Senior Account Executive responsible for identifying and closing new business for Global 2000 firms in the area of data capture and workflow software solutions. The Senior Account Executive will work directly with clients, services team, and senior management to effectively sell the company’s services and solutions. Solid understanding of the enterprise contact management space, with focus on SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards financial environments is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Ongoing development of new business
• Growing and enhancing strategic client relationships in the area of data capture and workflow software solutions.
• Perform sales activities for strategic accounts to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives, including:
o Contact and visit accounts to determine needs.
o Create and perform sales presentations to match company’s products/services with identified needs and address client issues and objections.
o Sell products/services through face-to-face contact.
o Remain knowledgeable of company’s products/services to facilitate sales efforts.
o Maintain regular schedule of contact with customers via phone/onsite visits to ensure satisfaction, and alert of new or improved products/services.
o Engage in relationship building and networking activities to develop additional sales opportunities.
o Provide feedback to development team on customer requirements and business opportunities.
o Work seamlessly with development, business architects and customer support team to ensure quality service delivery and effective implementation of products at customer sites.
o Work with sales team to devise sales plans and strategies to accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
o Develop account plans and sales strategies that will ensure sustainable business growth.
o Collaborate with colleagues to determine effective sales techniques.
o Determine ways to differentiate from competitors.
o Develop and enhance business relationships with existing customers to maximize account penetration and customer satisfaction.

| Habilidades: |
Requirements:
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft Office proficient to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Proven ability to effectively source various niche markets, including utilizing creative methods.
• 7+ years of software sales experience.
• College level education
• Proven track record of successful business development.
• Entrepreneurial drive, strong work ethic and passion for technology.
• Strong relationship building and networking skills.
• Ability to articulate the business value of technical solutions to all levels of an organization.
• PC skills for client presentations and demos. Familiarity with pipeline software a definite plus.
