Company: Our client is a leading B2B sales portal that has been developed to assist b2b customers reduce time, money and hassle when ordering goods. The software has been a huge success and new positions have been created for customer account managers to join their Netherlands based team.
Role: Their Customer service team is responsible for a range of services. The team is primarily responsible for answering customer calls and emails regarding the system. This could be a mix of new and existing clients that would like to install the software or be talked through the process. The customer account managers will present online demo’s to clients to ensure they understand the system and answer questions the clients may have.
Skills: The ideal candidate will possess fluent German and English with experience of customer service, technical support or similar client facing role. The preference is for candidates that are proactive in delivering a service as you will be targeted with calling new customer accounts to make sure they understand the system. This is a focused and quality driven role that will see you work like an account manager ensuring your customer base is well maintained and happy with the service.
