Minimum Qualification
• At least 1 year experience presenting, facilitating and managing training platforms in a call center environment.
• Experience cultivating training materials and courses.
• Excellent communication skills including but not limited to the ability to communicate effectively with employees including executive’s ability to write detailed reports and correspondences.
• Strong time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure and deal successfully with changes
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• The ability to work under minimal supervision, independently and/or as a member of a project team.
Additional Positive Consideration
• Understanding of business and industry policies/procedures
• Technical computer skills and experience.
• Previous experience in online computer game support or services.
• Passionate gamer with a strong familiarity of online gaming.
• Experience with in game customers support or in game events.
