Job title Business Systems Analyst
Role synopsis The Business Systems Analyst supports Supply Chain business activities of internal and external customers in helping to develop, implement and improve business processes and systems.
Key accountabilities *Works with functional support groups to streamline work flow and processes. *Recommends process improvements and shares best practices with the goal of improving and enhancing operational and reporting effectiveness and efficiency. *Involvement in all phases of continuous process improvement - diagnostic/analysis, pilot/testing, implementation, communication, rollout and follow-up. *Communicates existing best practices within and across Regions. *Data gathering, reporting and analysis of operational data. *Contributing member of various project teams. *Maintains strong linkage from technology to business. *Troubleshoots ERP transactions which do not flow through system correctly. *Provides system user support.
Essential criteria & qualifications *Minimum of a Bachelor`s Degree. *Extensive experience in business processes and current business tools. *Solid understanding of spreadsheets, and databases. *Experience with Project Management. *Experience leading a multi-functional project team. *Strong JD Edwards skills. *Strong Excel and MS Project skills.

*Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to act quickly to gain trust both internally and externally. *Excellent skills in networking and communicating with many levels of the organization. *Detail and process-oriented. *Strong analytical and organizational skills. *Ability to manage multiple projects with the minimum of guidance and able to quickly respond to requests for information. *Ability to interact with and influence senior management staff *Financial experience. *Experience with Showcase. *Exposure to Six Sigma methodologies.
