The role: SMS Data Analyst - Nairobi
As a SMS Data Analyst, you will analyze Google`s SMS Search application(s) in Uganda and provide insight into trends and opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities:
* Provide business intelligence and data mining support for SMS Search applications in Uganda by defining, analyzing and communicating key metrics and trends for SMS Search
* Provide structured analyses of data and synthesis of data into useful formats that provide actionable insights
* Prepare internal documentation of processes and requirements and present critical findings and recommendations to stakeholders
* Track product feedback data/tickets, aggregate success metrics and provide regular reports to the appropriate team members
* Analyze existing processes; identify and implement opportunities to improve operations workflow, communications, and customer support

| Habilidades: |
* BA/BSc degree preferred with proven success in a challenging academic programme
* Superior data mining/analysis skills – Excel power user, SPSS, SAS; SQL or MS Access, etc.
* Tech savvy – experience in analyzing customer database data
|
