Job Description :
Directly responsible and accountable for the bottom-line of the SBU
Ensure timely execution of the Projects
Ensure smooth operations
Get all the necessary statutory approvals and clearances
Ensure total compliance with Policies & Procedures of the Group and Rules & Regulations under various statutes
Ensure retention and development of the people.
The holder of this position shall be fully proficient of all aspects pertaining to Commercial Buildings/Residential Properties and also have the acumen in Business Development. |
