Responsibilities:
Based in Manila, you will be part of a small development team making decisions about how we deploy our applications in the production environment. You will have the opportunity to be a member of the core start up team, contributing to code development and building internet applications. |
| Habilidades: |
You should have 3+ years of software development experience, with strong knowledge of building and supporting C and PHP applications in Linux/Unix consumer-facing internet environments.
Basic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
You understand how applications interact with the systems and the know-how’s to work independently within a development team.
Experience with modern software engineering practices and paradigms - we want you to develop beautiful codes which is a pleasure to look at and is easy to maintain.
Experience in application, database and storage development and administration.
Experience with online services.
Experience in Unix/Linux systems administration.
Experience building tools to assist users – scripting skills.
Experience working with databases (Postgres, Oracle or MySQL).
Experience in software management and release systems (SVN, CVS).
Experience in operations, systems architecture and design for rapidly growing web properties.
Experience in network administration and application security would be an added advantage. |
