Remodeling BIDs is aggressively seeking talented, enthusiastic individuals who are searching for an opportunity to quickly work their way from ENTRY-LEVEL into a position in MANAGEMENT, overseeing campaigns for our clients and managing a staff of 15+ employees.
The right individual should have excellent communication and organizational skills with a genuine love of working with the public in a fast paced environment.
If you have strong telephone skills, are able to prioritize tasks and can work a flexible schedule which includes nights and weekends, then we would love to talk with you.
Our talented team of sales professionals represents our clients with unparalleled integrity to the construction industry. Our company strongly believes in developing our people into the future leaders of our organization.
You will demonstrate skill in closing, cross-selling and up-selling, and will be able to quickly build rapport with potential clients. Your position requires soft versus hard sell approach, and relationship building skills, as well as strong organizational skills for detailed follow-up.

| Habilidades: |
Responsibilities in this program include:
• Sales Training
• Sales/Marketing
• Marketing Strategies and Sales Techniques
• Oversee Campaign Development
• Manage Administration and Sales People
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Contacting warm leads and fielding incoming sales calls.
* Educating prospective customers on the basics of home improvement contracting, our company and what we offer.
* Data input into the Remo company CRM system
* Canvassing and lead generation
Requirements:
* Proficient with Microsoft Office
* Excellent phone etiquette and conversational skills
* Strong work ethic
* Passion for solar and alternate energy
* A background in residential remodeling is a plus, however the right individual will be trained |
