Entrepreneurial 2 year old business is uniquely positioned to dominate the DFW market with exceptional strategic focus, proven sales process, and customer focused solutions and delivery. We have erased all doubt from our initial investors by exceeding our aggressive first year targets by 50%. Now we are ready to expand our sales team and saturate the marketplace with a money saving technology that sells in any economy.
The Account Executive will be responsible for selling technology solutions to businesses in the small to mid-range market of 20-500 employees in the DFW area. These solutions consist of (but are not limited to) voice, video, wireless, and data solutions such as business telephony, Voice over IP, telephony software, Internet services, local and long distance services, cellular services, data networking, wireless, and security solutions. The Account Executive will also be responsible for selling telecom services including local, long-distance, Internet, and mobile services delivered by AT&T, Cbeyond, Paetec, and various other telecommunications providers.
Accountability: This growing team atmosphere requires candidates who can apply sound sales experience with our exceptional sales process to produce results. After a 30 day orientation period candidate will be responsible for the following results
• Two Sales per Month at $1,250+ Monthly Commitment Each ($2,500 Monthly)
• Two Proposals per Week at $1,000+ Monthly Commitment Each ($2,000 Weekly)
• Two Validation Meetings per Week (at least one with Prospective Client)
• One Departmental Survey per Week with Prospective Client
• Ten New Prospective Client Appointments per Week (at least five self-generated)

• Competitive Base Salary plus Commissions and Bonus
• Target Compensation Range $80,000 First Year
• $100K Plus Compensation Second Year & Beyond

Qualifications Include:
• 2 Years Business to Business Sales Experience
• Ability to Prospect, Qualify, and Close Business with Decision Makers in the 20 to 200 Employee Range in North Texas
• Self Assured, Self Motivated, Results Focused, Persuasive, and Competitive personality desired with a Strong Work Ethic
• Excellent Time Management Skills with Strong Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (CRM is a Plus)
• Very Professional Appearance with Good Oral and Written Communication Skills
• Ability to Learn New Technology Quickly
