Applicant should have experience and proven abilities in business development and start-to-end GIS project (both stand-alone and enterprise-wide environments) management from conceptualization till final delivery of the project, including staff administration, project administration, definition of user requirements, project definition and scoping, system configuration, time and cost estimates, feasibility studies, implementation plans, budget review, preparing project proposals and reports.
Other skills:
1. Database and application design and modeling.
2. GIS software (e.G. ESRI ArcGIS, Arc SDE, Arc IMS, Arc GIS Server, Network Analyst and Spatial Analyst and GeoMedia, AutoDesk, MapInfo, Microstation)
3. Databases (Geo-Database and Relational Database Management System (RDBM), such as Oracle, Oracle Spatial, Informex, Sql Server).
4. Programming (e.G. ArcObject, VB.Net, AML, XML, GML).
