Responsibilities:
• As a sales representative, you`ll be providing assistance on product selection and helping customers choose the appropriate service upgrades. Inbound sales representatives answer incoming calls of current and prospect clients and process their sales requests, while outbound sales representatives place calls to existing customers in the purpose of upgrading and/or offering and selling other products and services to fit their needs. Sales agents must be product experts and should be able to meet and exceed their targets while ensuring excellent customer experience with every call.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor`s/College Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• 90 Full-Time positions available.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Completed second year college
• Above average verbal and written English communication skills
• Skilled in computer navigation
• Strong interpersonal skills (ability to persuade and influence)
• Amenable to work in shifting schedules
• Sales experience is a must
