Responsibilities:
• Agents are responsible for the following:
• 1. Billing
• 2. Credit
• 3. Enrollment
• 4. Sales
• 5. Calls
Requirements:
• Good communication skills (articulate and conversant)
• At least 2nd year college
• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor`s/College Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• 100 Full-Time positions available.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Amenable to work in shifting schedules
• With good problem solving skills and long temper
• With good customer service orientation (empathic, polite and proper)
• Preferably fresh graduates or call center newbie’s
• Willing to be assigned in Market! Market!
