Location: Miami, Florida, United States
Company Background
Our Client is dedicated to the manufacturing of high end toilets. The toilets are designed in Europe, manufactured in China, and sold throughout the world.
Position Description
The Director of Sales will supervise a team of about eight Sales Representatives throughout the United States.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
• In charge of the growth of the Sales Representatives while increasing sales.
• In charge of the marketing.
• Expected to sell 2 to 5 Million Dollars in merchandise.
• Participate in National and International Plumbing fairs.
• Based in Miami and will report to the owner/CEO in Europe.
Experience / Other
• Sales Manager or Product Manager for the Plumbing Industry in the United States.
• 5 years of experience.
• Client results oriented.
• High capacity to carry out consultative and persuasive sales.
• Self Starter and Tenacious.
• High level of interlocution and excellent communication skills
• High capacity to making decisions
• High capacity for work in teams
• Organized professional, enthusiastic, participative and multipurpose. |

Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
