The company`s services include software and solutions development, integration, project management and QA/testing. LineBeyond`s services are delivered both at the customer`s premises and from a wholly-owned, off-shore facility located in Beijing.
We are building cloud computing, SaaS applications using Linux, Java, C++, MySQL and Apache Tomcat. We are looking for a strong Project Manager with excellent communications skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
The selected Project Manager will work in our Beijing Technologies Center managing a-state-of-the-art Trading Solution we are currently developing for one of the world`s largest brokerages. High performance trading solutions (HPTS) are in constant demand by world-class financial institutions such as stock exchange and brokerage companies. The LineBeyond team is combining two of the latest technological break-throughs in this field: Hardware-Accelerated Messaging and Complex Event Processing, to create the next generation HPTS.
The Project Manager will work on the core development team of this product. He/She will gain hands-on experience in financial trading domain knowledge as well as high-performance messaging application technologies.
Offshore Project Manager Profile:
This person should have the ability to balance project specifications, client requirements, schedule issues and engineering resources. Must be a diplomatic but assertive communicator as well as exceptionally well organized. Must be an analytical thinker who performs best in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines.
Responsibilities Include:
*Ensure that the project is delivered on time, on budget and within scope
*Document, schedule and coordinate engineering resources assigned to the project
*Communicate on a regular basis with the Client to discuss project updates, feature implementation and manage expectations
*Work with the Client and local resources and recommend adaptive and effective solutions
*Report regularly on project status to Client and Management.

| Habilidades: |
Qualifications Include:
Fluent in both English and Mandarin languages. Japanese a plus.
*Significant project management experience related to high performance software solutions and adaptive development
*Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving skills
*Skills and experience in mediation, negotiation, team support and augmentation, presentation and conflict resolution
*Attention to details, ability to prioritize and possess a high degree of tenacity
*Desire to share, to learn and to do better
*Ability to work under pressure
