Key Responsibilities:
Organizational Structure
- the TSPR will report into the top management of the Headquarters world-wide located in Germany
- the TSPR will be responsible for his/her own organisational set-up
Strategical Objectives
- increase the market share of our client in Russia
- develop new clients and already existing clients
- establish a brand in Russia in that very industry
General Responsibility
- establish a reliable organisation for the clients in Russia
- act as a true local partner to the Russian industry
- develop an organisation allowing further growth
Main Tasks
- execute a market study in Russia (competition analysis)
- establish a budget on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- hire reliable and loyal managers within the organisation
- determine products for the local market
- establish a service and distribution centre in Russia
- serve the local market (existing and new clients)
- develop a true brand
- launch all necessary marketing and sales activities
- closely cooperate with the German organisation |
| Habilidades: |
- beside Russian as a mother-tongue he/she should be fluent in English and should have knowledge in the German language (not mandatory)
Educational Background
- the future TSPR should have an academic background function-wise primarily in marketing and sales and should hold a degree in mechanical engineering respectively in metallurgy
Professional Experience
- the future incumbent should have gained solid experience in a compare able service and sales organisation within Russia
- on top, the successful candidate should have gained General Management experience
- he/she should have been responsible for a comparable organisation in that very industry
(special steel, stainless long-steel)
Personality
- a true entrepreneur
- building up his/her own organi-sation
- strong selling abilities
- acting as a true and reliable partner
- supervise his/her organisation
- establish a solid reporting line to the German HQ
