The individual will be resposnible for overseeing junior members of the planning team and will report to the Lead Planning Engineer |

Must have a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering;
Project Management Professional Certification Advantageous
Twelve years of experience in construction of which at least four years in a Hi-Rise Building Construction
Professional knowledge in Project Management
Professional knowledge in building codes and standard, in contract forms like FIDIC.Professional knowledge in construction methods and procedures
Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Time management skills, Planning and organizing skills, Strong analytical skills, Problem solving skills
