Preparing attachments to tender technical proposals including tender construction programs with respect to cash flow and manpower planning.
Studying tender documents, contracts and drawings, analyzing data and preparing detailed activity and submittals programs for special and assigned projects against the stated timeframes,
Providing detailed plans and schedules for projects execution including timeframes, resources, equipment and submittals, and answering all inquiries pertaining to prepared programs and plans.
Reviewing projects status reports, monitoring projects progress, updating schedules and preparing ahead programs, as well as submitting regular reports including work progress and staff adherence to schedule for all projects.
Coordinating with subcontractors to develop schedules for their work and following up on their activities, as well as working on developing recovery plans.
Providing project-site support and communicating with projects staff to clarify details and discuss modifications to schedules where applicable.
Ensuring a clear understanding of projects timeframes as per the contracts and resolving any related conflicts by preparing requests for information (RFIs),
Compiling all technical submittals of other departments to be delivered to the clients or maintained at the Planning Department to be used in planning for further requirements,
Assisting in deciding on budgets, crew size, work methods and sets of major equipment to be utilized and deployed at projects currently under plan preparation,
Developing tools to help and guide the projects` staff in completing the projects within the predefined timeframe as per the schedules.
Developing Key Performance Indicators as required by clients and finding ways to achieve them with high efficiency and effectiveness.

B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
Project Management Professional Certification
Fifteen years of experience in construction, of which at least five in project planning and five in a managerial position
Professional knowledge in project management,
Knowledge in codes, standards, regulations and practices applicable to design and construction,
Professional knowledge in contract forms of FIDIC (The International Federation of Consulting Engineers),
Professional knowledge in construction methods and procedures.
