Job Title :Inside Sales Representative (Telesales Consultant)
Locations: Kent, Surrey, Sussex
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for executing sales strategy, initiating contact with existing and potential customers, demonstrating the capabilities of our development team and web-based delivery system, identifying and qualifying customer needs, presenting and selling appropriate solutions to meet their HCM needs.
- Provide sales presentations via telephone conversations and website management with customers and prospects.
- Maintain a consistent, high volume of outbound/inbound sales calls {minimum of 75 dials a day}. Maintain, manage and control multiple opportunities with customers and prospects.
- Generating lead sources which will develop and expand our customer base.
- Work closely with sales management team and marketing staff to initiate marketing strategies that support the sales objectives of Kenexa.
- Prepare and monitor weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasts to facilitate the achievement of sales goals.
- Upon signed agreement, Sales Representative will participate in initial project ramp-up, and share ongoing responsibility with a Relationship Manager
Qualifications:
- The employee must have high level of interpersonal skills as the position continually requires demonstrated poise, initiative, tact, and diplomacy.
- This individual must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- This work requires continual attention to detail in meeting deadlines and understanding priorities.
- This individual must be personally equipped to work in a fast paced environment with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
- Must be able to take the initiative in business development/customer satisfaction .
- A high level of urgency is critical for success.
- Proven ability in creating new business and client relationships is a must.
Education/Training/Experience:
- Must be able to demonstrate commercial B-2-B sales experience with a focus on new business OR one year of experience in a Human Resource related field.
- Ideally qualified to degree level in a business, IT or a HR discipline or an equivalent.
