Westinghouse English Trainer – Job Description
Positions: Independent English Trainer (2 locations)
Location: 1. Based in Beijing with travel to Haiyang (Near Qingdao)
2. Based in Shanghai with travel to Sanmen (Near Ningbo)
J Descript: Contractor with full time commitment to Westinghouse in China w/at least 1 year contract.
Improve Westinghouse employee’s English proficiency: Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing skills.
1. Assess each local Chinese employee’s English Level/proficiency
2. Create a customized English improvement plan for each employee
3. Implement improvement plan by giving each employee systematic training.
4. Regularly review the progress of each trainee by formulating test/exam, and evaluate the trainee’s English proficiency periodically;
5. Maintain records on each trainee’s progress;
6. Provide monthly reports to Westinghouse management on training progress.
Method:
The training will be carried out on an individual basis with each employee given 2 hours, face-to-face class time, in the office, each week. Each trainer will cover 2 locations, Beijing & Haiyang in North China and Shanghai & Sanmen in East China.
Travel cost to sites (Haiyang and Samen) will be paid by Westinghouse.

Requirements:
1. Hold valid visa and working permit for working in China;
2. Native English speaker with at least BA in English degree;
3. Have extensive teaching experiences;
4. Good capability of learning approach design & learning results evaluation;
5. Willing to travel to our project sites (from Beijing to Haiyang, and from Shanghai to Sanmen) on a regular basis.
