primary responsibilies will include but not limited to:
- Review and edit of internal documents, drawings, and specs
- Review and tracking of product submittals and samples
Construction and fabrication monitoring to insure spec compliance
- Implementation of QC plan
- review, and approval for all materials, conducting the preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections for all features of work, coordination of testing services and supplemental inspections, and coordination with the owner’s quality assurance representative to ensure all project requirements are met. Continually update the Project Manager of progress, issues and problems. The Quality Control Manager is responsible for implementation of contract documents and achievement of quality and safety requirements.

| Habilidades: |
1. Previous experience as a Quality Control Manager required (3-years minimum)and a degree.
2. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills with all levels of employees, management and outside parties such as owners, Architects, Engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and coworkers.
3. Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise employees.
4. Proven successful project history (Quality, Schedule, Safety, Actual Cost vs. Estimated Cost)
5. Flexible, well organized, detail oriented and multi-tasked.
6. Working knowledge of computers required.
7. Willing to relocate to project site.
