The company requires the following professional with substantial international experience in leadership positions in its works / organization in India with varied experience and skills immediately
3. Director – Technical ( Coal based power plant)
Location : Delhi /Raigarh/ Project Sites
The ideal candidate will be an engineering graduates (especially in Mechanical / Electrical) with 25- 30 years of experience in Heading coal based Mega Power plants projects with outstanding international success track record with sound business acumen. He would be responsible right from the Strategizing , planning, Bidding till the Execution of the project. He shall head the Energy SBU and marshal a team for crystallizing the vision and mission of the Company. Provide Leadership to Power Business of the Group and take charge of all Planned Green field Projects Power Projects in India and its implementation as per Cost & Time budgets.
KRA’s for this position is to Institutionalize Efficient Processes in the Project Environment without compromising Project urgencies and exigencies to all concurrent Projects ; Liaison with all Directors and Heads of Project Finance Teams to ensure timely actions for providing all relevant information to Banks, FI`s and other stakeholders; Build competent Team for smooth operations of Power Plant.
