Location of Position: Iraq
Employment Status: 6 month contract with the option of an extension
Requirement: Immediate
CTG Global is looking on behalf of their client, A US multinational Government funded company for an Agriculture Policy Advisor with a minimum of 10 years experience in this field. The right candidate should have sound knowledge of the Agricultural Policy to assist in the development of an Agricultural Policy Unit to support the Iraqi Government. In addition, the candidate should also have a clear understanding of water management issues and be able to articulate strategies for the sector; conduct policy-orientated research; develop appropriate legislation and regulations for improving donor coordination and design and assist in the conduct of training others.

| Habilidades: |
PhD or equilivent advanced degree in Agriculture Economics; Public Policy
Fluent written and speaking English
Ideally knowledge of Arabic or Kurdish
Experience in International Agencies and organisiations active in the agricultural and food sector
Experience in interacting with highly regarded personal
Have experience in Managing results driven programs. |
