Sales Representative Job Description:
Lingo Consulting is currently in need of Sales Representatives for our international consulting business. At this time, we are looking for Sales Representatives who, as part of our sales team, can assist us in implementing sales strategy for our growing company. As a Sales Representative for us, you will work daily to ensure that we meet our company`s sales goals, communicate our services to prospective clients, nurture and maintain client relationships, and keep accurate records of sales progress.
As a Lingoist (that`s what we call the people that work here), you will contribute to our company by identifying avenues for publicity and relationship-building, and acting to further our sales objectives on a daily basis. This entails daily logging of your sales efforts, keeping detailed accounts of sales efforts and results, and contacting potential candidates to close sales. You will be required to be knowledgeable of our consulting services, and be able to communicate them clearly and concisely. You will also be working as a valued member of our sales team, contributing input and your experience to a growing and dynamic company.
Note: The salary for this position is commission based. |

*Be ready to work independently at times, and at other times as part of a team, contributing input and completing tasks in a group setting
*Be creative and able to connect with clients with a friendly, professional demeanor
*Have some previous sales experience
*Have excellent oral and written communication skills
*Be adept at navigating the internet, knowledgeable of social media and technology, and be willing to use these mediums to build relationships with prospective clients
*Be willing and able to take direction and follow company directives as given by company leadership
*Detail oriented and goal oriented |
