Client is Europe`s largest casual games developer and provider, with multiple offices across the globe. A young, creative and fast paced environment full of passion for the game. The headoffice is situated in Eindhoven, the largest city in the south of Holland / The Netherlands, in the province of Brabant.
The Job
The customer support team is responsible for answering all kinds of questions from our customers. Questions are received and answered by email in all languages offered on our site (8 currently). The team currently consists of 8 people. It`s a young, dynamic and driven team reporting to the teamleader customer support.
As a customer support agent, customer focus and service are top of mind. You have an active and creative contribution to the whole support process, to enable the best service and products for our clients. You have a passion for the internet and love to use your language skills. You can keep your cool in stressful situations and your ultimate goal is to provide solutions to the customer as efficiently as possible.
We ask
Requirements as mentioned below represent the minimum. This position is only open to EU/EER citizens, a work permit will not be provided. There will be no relocation package offered, so preferably you already live in Holland or will move there on short notice in any case.
Your profile:
- Mid to higher level of education
- Fluent in English
- Fluent or native in German or at least 2 of the following languages: French, Spanish, Italian
- a passion for internet and affinity with (online) games
- Self motivated, pragmatic, friendly and communicative
- Experienced in a (similar) position,focusing on customer service
