Multinational IT Company is looking to recruit a Relationship Management Administrator for their offices in Nicosia.
The overall responsibilities for this position are to provide efficient and effective administration support to the Relationship Management EU team based in Cyprus and Senior Director abroad. Duties are delegated by members of the team but the jobholder must display initiative in dealing with day to day Relationship Management administrative issues.
Activities / Key Tasks
•Relationship Management calendar maintenance and administration in respect of:
a)Client meetings: booking conference rooms & organising equipment requirements
b)Conference calls: organising dial-in numbers, taking minutes, distributing and following up as required.
c)Relationship Management business support:
d)Management Reports / Revenue Analysis Reports:
e)Preparing monthly and ad hoc reports both department specific and client specific Reports include sales pipeline, budgets, client account files.
•Resource allocation spreadsheets:
a)Liaison with Relationship Managers and Technical Account Managers for the maintenance and regular up-keep of the resource allocation spreadsheets. These are updated and distributed to both the department and client.
b)Variation Orders
c)Drafting variation orders on request of the Relationship Managers Variation Orders are reviewed by the Relationship Managers’ then dispatched to the client.
d)Key security administration for Europe and other regional clients
e)Back-up to the appointed Licence Key Administrator during her leave periods etc. The appointed team leaders in EU and MEA will supervise the activity.
•The Relationship Management Administrator is also expected to perform any other administrative tasks as and when requested.
Education/Qualification
Essential:
•Educated to at least O’ Level/GCSE standard in Math and English Language equivalent
Desirable:
•University Degree ideally in Business Administration
Experience
Essential:
•Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role
Desirable:
•Experience in a similar role involving financial reporting
Personal and Technical Skills
•Excellent time management skills
•Excellent communication skills
•Must be numerate and accurate
•Must be organized and reliable
•Must be able to work under pressure
•Must be able to multi-task
•Must be a team player
•Must have excellent attention to detail
•Very good knowledge of Windows applications software(MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Lotus Notes)
