We are currently recruiting for an Online Gaming Company who is looking to recruit a Casino Marketing Manager to manage their Online Casinos for their offices in Limassol.
You will have strong casino experience and management/marketing experience in an online environment. Ideally also experience of working alongside directors and with planning and executing marketing campaigns.
The responsibilities of the Casino Marketing Manager will be:
•Grow a loyal casino and games customer base through customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation
•Maximize casino turnover, gross margin, and yield
•Manage our casino lobby and website
•Drive the development and improvement of the casino product
•Develop and optimize the strategy and tactics for customer life cycle management, including how to acquire, retain, and reactivate casino customers. This includes optimizing product/services offering, pricing, promotions, and distribution channels
•Develop and run marketing campaigns to acquire, retain, and reactivate casino customers
•Maximize casino yield by optimizing the use of customer bonuses
•Drive the development and improvement of the casino products and act as the main point of contact towards the casino suppliers
•Acquire casino customers through affiliates together with the affiliate marketing team
Develop and run cross-selling campaigns towards the existing customer base for poker and backgammon
Develop and run local marketing campaigns
•Develop and run retention and reactivation campaigns
•You will manage the service from the support team providing 1st point of contact for any escalated casino related queries
•Build understanding of customer needs through analysis of customer activity and segmentation
Conduct competitive analyses and benchmarks
•Monitor the performance on a daily basis and provide regular reports to Directors
