General Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound customer phone calls with
professionalism, care and urgency
Must achieve monthly sales quotas set by
management
Know features and benefits of our products and
services
Use training and educational materials to improve
sales skills
Focuses on delivering a positive customer
experience
Resolve complex customer issues
Interacts with sales group to solve business and
customer issues.
Work closely with the necessary resources to meet
sales objectives
Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
Must be available to work Mon- Fri 7:30am -7:00pm
(weekends as needed)
Receives general direction and is competent to
perform nearly all aspects of the job independently
