Job Responsibilities
1. Location: Shanghai
2. Reporting to: HR Director, China
3. Direct report(s): TBD
4. Function(s):
Support HR Director and be responsible for staffing, C&B as well as organization development
Be responsible for providing consultant & support to the plant HR Manager in staffing, C&B and OD area. This position interfaces in all aspects of the China commercial office and plants’ management, customers & especially employees to bring HR activity into alignment to organization goals and help the organization succeed through progressive & responsive HR practices
Responsible for manpower planning and budgeting as well as the control
Develop recruitment strategy based on work force planning which based on business strategic planning
Recruit, hire and retain competent employees at all levels in China office
Explore new recruitment approaches beyond newspaper, internet, internal referral, job fair. Professional bodies/ universities, Campus recruitment
Establish and enforce the HR policies and procedures and constantly review and revise the Supervisory Manual in accordance with the company strategy and legal requirements
Establish and maintain an updated human resources information system and manage the use of these information and data
Discuss with line manager & manage employee promotion / transfer / new hire / reclassification process
Manage C&B policy, job family & benefits program review for both plant & office
Educate / communicate with line manager regarding the C&B system, policy, philosophy, recruiting process & communication strategy
Payroll & Benefits management
Training & facilitate Max.P & succession planning process
Ensure and maintain consistent HR principles, approaches and standards and encourage a uniform HR system to be applied throughout all offices and plants in China
Ensure and check that HR functions at all entities in China are operating in compliance of the corporate HR policies as well as local legal requirements

| Habilidades: |
Preferred Candidate Profile
1. Nationality: PRC national
2. Education: Bachelor Degree, Post graduate training in Human
Resources or Management an asset
3. Languages: English and Mandarin
4. Age: 35 plus
5. Experience:
• Minimum 10 years experience in Human Resources
• Understanding of Recruiting and C&B practices, OD knowledge is a plus
• Good knowledge of China and Global Human Resource practices
• Data driven, fact based decision maker
• Collaborative, Flexible, adaptable
• Global perspective, understands western HQ’s
