Reports to the SVP Sales, ITO and is responsible for new logo sales (geographic and vertical). Collaborate with other Sales Executives, Solutions Architecture, and the Business Development team for pre-sales support and marketplace development activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Strong knowledge of the Outsourcing sales process along with demonstrated experience driving deals from initial contact through contract signing
Experience working with advisory firms and sole sourcing for new business
Prefer candidates with experience in either CPG, Retail, Healthcare, Energy
Manage detailed reports & analysis that guide the sales process
Engage product marketing and solutions expertise to refine service offerings for specific market segments
Cross-sell and collaborate on multi-tower opportunities
Recommend and initiate enhancements to the sales and marketing operation. Establish goals, analyze growth and provide accurate, complete, and timely submission of required progress reports, forecast, quotations, budgets, and rates
Communicate accurate sales forecasts and develop and deploy prospect strategies

| Habilidades: |
Education and Experience
10+ years of proven large-scale sales experience and track record, preferable with Fortune 500 companies that offer multiple ITO services/solutions
Proven track record of successfully managing and working in an IT Outsourcing sales environment with significant experience prospecting and landing new clients
ITO Sales experience offering solutions across multiple verticals is preferred (i.e., CPG, healthcare, financial services, transportation, retail, Information Technology, government, Insurance, Teleservices)
